Information you provide

The contact form collects your name, email address, subject, and message. It also includes the submitting IP address in the message received by the shop. Required fields are identified on each form.

Online appointments are handled through Tekmetric. Information entered in that booking service is processed through its platform. Please do not include Social Security numbers, driver’s license images, payment card details, or title documents in our website inquiry forms.

How information is used

We use inquiry information to answer questions, communicate about requested services, and coordinate appointments. Information related to an actual service or transaction may become part of the shop’s business records. Sending an inquiry does not itself enroll you in a marketing program.

Website inquiries are for the shop’s own use. We do not sell your inquiry information or forward your inquiry as a lead to another business for that business’s own use. Service providers may process information for the purposes described below.

Service providers and other websites

Website hosting, email delivery and storage, booking, and website security providers may process information needed to provide those services. Inquiry messages are directed to our shop’s Gmail address. Tekmetric supplies the booking interface. Technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested may be received by the providers involved in loading and operating the website.

Links to Google Maps, Google reviews, Facebook, and other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. Embedded services may collect technical or usage information, including information across visits and other websites. Cookies and browser choices

Website and embedded services may use cookies or similar technologies to operate features and remember settings. You can manage cookies through your browser. Blocking them may affect booking or other website features. You can also call the shop instead of using an online form or booking tool.

Our website’s optional measurement for call, directions, and booking-button clicks, when enabled, skips those events when your browser sends Do Not Track. This does not stop necessary website requests or control how an embedded provider responds to the signal. We do not promise that every third-party service changes its collection in response to Do Not Track.

Access, correction, and deletion requests

Contact the shop using the email address or phone number above if you want to review, correct, or request deletion of information you supplied. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations, service history, fraud prevention, or resolving a dispute. Avoid sending identity documents in your initial request.

Retention and security

Retention periods depend on the purpose of the inquiry or transaction, applicable recordkeeping obligations, and any need to resolve a dispute. Email, booking, service records, and backups may have different retention periods. Contact us to ask about a particular record or request deletion. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
